The Gallery  presents  a personal selection of photographs from Rae Tan's archive collection, presented as Limited Edition Photographs. Rae's preferred subjects are architecture and landscapes, often of special historic significance. Rae is also fascinated by land use  past and present. She has combined her passion for history and photography by including a  compliment sized slip  with every photograph purchased,  giving  a short history /explanation of the subject  to involve the viewer . An ideal photo gift for History Lovers. Her Home county is Yorkshire and most of the photographs are of Northern England, Yorkshire,Northumberland and Cumbria. Galleries will be added to during the year.

The unusual look of the photographs  in this collection is because they are shot in the infrared spectrum of light, which cannot be seen or felt . Together with   characteristic long exposures they produce  an atmospheric and different foto with a timeless feel.  The drama and drifting skies quite literally show subjects in a different light. The photographs  look equally at home in a contemporary or period environment, making them ideal photographs for homes or corporate interiors.
